Check participant information

At any time, you can check and update the information concerning one of your participants.

Home / Assistance / LANDAUER direct®: HelpCenter / Check participant information

 

  1. Go to the “Search for a participant” menu on the left of your screen
  2. Fill in the participant type of fields . You can enter only part of the name of your carrier to save time.
  3. Validate with the “Search” button
  4. Select the participant on the list by clicking on his participant number
  5. Update information
  6. Click on the “Validate” on the right of screen
    validate button
